Terms of Service

Pampered RV – Mobile Services & Repairs

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Pampered RV – Mobile Services & Repairs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By scheduling or allowing service to be performed, the Customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Mobile Service Nature

Pampered RV – Mobile Services & Repairs provides on-site RV, camper, and travel trailer services at the Customer’s location (home, campground, storage facility, etc.).

  • The Customer must provide safe, legal, and reasonable access to the RV.

  • Adequate space must be available for tools, equipment, and safe technician movement.

  • The RV must be accessible without obstruction.

If the technician cannot safely access or service the RV upon arrival, the service call fee may still apply.
 

2. Service Call Fees

All on-site services include a service call fee which covers travel and initial diagnostics.

  • Standard Service Call: $99

  • Includes travel and first 30 minutes of diagnostics

  • Additional labor billed at $135 per hour, charged in 30-minute increments

  • A minimum of 1 hour labor may apply after diagnostics if repairs are performed

Service call fees are non-refundable once the technician has received a dispatch request.
 

3. Estimates and Authorization
  • Technicians will provide an estimate when possible before repairs begin.

  • Some issues may require additional diagnostics before accurate estimates can be provided.

  • Customer approval is required before major repairs are performed.

  • Approval may be provided verbally, by text, or by signed work order.

Once work is authorized, the Customer agrees to pay for all approved labor, parts, and materials.
 

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Cash

  • Digital payment platforms

  • Business check (when approved)

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Late fees

  • Collections

  • Legal action to recover unpaid balances

  • A Mechanics Lien on the RV, Camper, Travel Trailer or recreational trailer if payment not received in full.
     

5. Parts and Materials
  • Parts may be supplied by Pampered RV or sourced from third-party suppliers.

  • Parts pricing includes procurement, handling, and warranty support.

  • Special order parts may require prepayment.

We cannot guarantee availability or manufacturer lead times for parts.
 

6. Customer-Supplied Parts

If the Customer provides their own parts:

  • Pampered RV does not warranty customer-supplied parts, if the customer supplied part fails, there is no warranty on the labor performed.

  • Additional labor charges may apply if parts are incorrect, defective, or incompatible

  • The technician may refuse installation if the part is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, has improper fitment, or could cause other issues.
     

7. Limited Workmanship Warranty

Pampered RV – Mobile Services & Repairs provides a limited workmanship warranty:

  • 30 days on labor performed

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to parts where available; those warranties are to be handled between the customer and the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Manufacturer defects outside our control

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or lack of maintenance

  • Vibration due to travel.

  • Pre-existing issues discovered after service

Warranty service must be performed by Pampered RV unless otherwise authorized.
 

8. RV Condition and Hidden Damage

RVs often have hidden damage or previously undiagnosed issues.

Pampered RV is not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during repairs including but not limited to:

  • Water damage

  • Mold

  • Structural deterioration

  • Electrical issues

  • Plumbing failures

  • Delays in vessel usage

  • Inability to occupy

If additional problems are discovered, the technician will notify the Customer before continuing work when possible.
 

9. Weather and Environmental Conditions

Because services are performed outdoors, repairs may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Environmental hazards

  • Aggressive animals intervening with the service and repairs on all mobile units.

The safety of technicians and customers is a priority.
 

10. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Ensure the RV is legally parked and accessible

  • Provide working utilities when required (power, water, propane)

  • Remove personal belongings from areas requiring repair

  • Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment

  • If work is to be performed on a campsite or within a HOA the customer has verified approval of our services at such site, or address.

Pampered RV is not responsible for damage to personal belongings left in work areas.
 

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee or full service call charge.
 

12. Liability Limitation

Pampered RV – Mobile Services & Repairs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of travel time

  • Trip cancellations

  • Lodging costs

  • Loss of use of the RV

  • Towing Expenses

  • Dealership service due to inability to repair on-site.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
 

13. Photos and Documentation

Technicians may take photos and notes during service for:

  • Documentation

  • Customer reports

  • Insurance or warranty purposes

Customer information will not be shared publicly without permission.
 

14. Right to Refuse Service

Pampered RV reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • The RV has severe structural or electrical hazards

  • The customer behaves in an abusive or threatening manner

  • Repairs fall outside our scope of service

  • Weather conditions that prevent safe travel, or access to service
     

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Any disputes arising from services shall be resolved within the appropriate courts of Missouri.
 

16. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, approving, requesting estimates, or establishing contact, or receiving services from Pampered RV – Mobile Services & Repairs, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

17. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Venue

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the services provided by Pampered RV Mobile Services and Repairs (“Pampered RV”), including the breach, termination, enforcement, or interpretation of these Terms of Service, shall first be submitted to binding arbitration prior to the initiation of any court proceeding.

All arbitration proceedings shall take place in Independence, Missouri, at a location selected or approved by Pampered RV. The parties agree to participate in good faith in such arbitration in an effort to resolve the dispute before pursuing any legal action.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through arbitration, any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to the services provided by Pampered RV shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Jackson County, Missouri, including courts located in Independence, Missouri.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. By accepting services from Pampered RV, the customer agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waives any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
